The Sparkasse Vorderpfalz has announced a generous donation of 25,595 euros from the 2023 youth sports badge campaign. 5 euros flow into the coffers of the schools and sports clubs for each posted youth sports badge. A total of 5,199 students and members of sports clubs from the region took part in this campaign!

Financial support for Speyer

From the total amount, proud 13,610 euros go directly to the schools and clubs in Speyer. The city becomes the big winner of this campaign! The cities of Schifferstadt (5,420 euros) and Ludwigshafen (3,380 euros) and the rest of the Rhein-Palatinate district (3,185 euros) also benefit, but Speyer is at the top. The funds are used to buy new sports equipment and promote sporting activities. CEO Thomas Traue of Sparkasse emphasizes: "We want to inspire many young people to do sports."
