Construction site chaos on the A8: Start important bridge repairs!

Perl, Deutschland - Perl - on the A8, in the direction of Pirmasens, there is currently a construction site that drives drivers excited! Between the Perl-Borg (3) and Merzig-Wellingen (4) junctions (4), a single-striped traffic routing was set up, directly in front of the Pellinger Berg tunnel. The reason? A defective transition construction on a bridge that urgently needs to be repaired!

The repair work started in the last week of November and are said to be completed by mid -December. Drivers have to prepare for traffic disabilities while the work progresses. But that's not all! Damage was also discovered on the opposite lane towards Luxembourg. After completing the work in the direction of Pirmasens, a single -stained construction site traffic is also set up here. This section should be fully usable again from December 22, 2024.
