Unknowns ignite garbage cans: police are looking for witnesses in Ludwigshafen!

On Wednesday evening at 10:30 p.m. there was a fire in the courtyard of an apartment building on Seydlitzstraße, Ludwigshafen, in which several garbage cans went up in flames.
