Mario Basler inspires the comedy Clash on the Betzenberg!

Betzenberg, Kaiserslautern, Deutschland - Mario Basler is back on the Betzenberg! The former international and football star will perform in Kaiserslautern this evening, but not as a player, but in a brand new role as a comedian! The 55-year-old, known for his sharp tongue and appearances in "Sport1" programs such as "Doppelpass" and "Fantalk", causes excitement. Most recently, he made headlines when he stood out against his former teammate Miroslav Klose, the coach of the 1st FC Nürnberg, and offered himself as a coach of FC Schalke 04.

But that's not all! Apart from football, Basler has already participated in several "trash formats", including the "Summer House of the Stars" in 2022 and "Celebrity Big Brother" 2016.
