reconstruction after the flood disaster

The tennis department of SV Altenahr was excepted by the flood disaster when its facility was destroyed by a huge tidal wave with three tennis courts and a clubhouse. But the community did not give up! A sports tent was built on an old sports area, which also served other departments of the association. In mid -2023, two modern tennis courts were inaugurated, which were financially supported by the fundraising campaign. The joy of these successes is great, and those responsible are proud of the solidarity of the people in the southern Palatinate, which made these reconstruction projects possible.
