A milestone for renewable energies! The largest solar cluster in Rhineland-Palatinate was recently inaugurated in Grenderich, which includes impressive nine individual systems. This open space solar park provides a proud 39,000 four -person households with emission -free electricity. But that's not all: the VG Council Kaisersesch has now decided an ambitious concept for the use of around 170 hectares of open space photovoltaics in order to further advance the expansion of renewable energies in the region.

sustainable energy future

In July 2023, the VG Council Kaisersesch has already taken a decisive step by taking the area of photovoltaic open spaces from the total work of the new land use plan. Now the state planning statement on the draft was unanimously adopted. This shows the clear commitment of the municipality to promote the use of solar energy, while the protection of residential areas is preserved. An important signal for the future of renewable energies in the community!

With this strategic planning, not only the path for an environmentally friendly energy supply is paved, but also the use of photovoltaic systems in the region is strengthened. The decision of the VG Council is a clear step towards a greener future and shows that Kaisersesch is willing to take responsibility for the environment.
