Advent concert in Constantine basilica: music for a good cause!

A musical highlight awaits the region! On Tuesday, December 3, at 7 p.m., the majestic Constantine Basilica opens its doors for the highly expected Advent concert by the Trier police headquarters. Police President Anja Rakowski, together with the Protestant parish of Trier and the pastoral care, cordially invites all music lovers!

Entry to this festive event is free, but the organizers ask for a generous donation. The Rhineland-Palatinate State Police Orchestra, under the direction of the talented Lazlo Szabo, will offer an unforgettable musical experience together with the basilica organist and church music director Martin Bambauer. The audience can look forward to a varied repertoire that includes masterpieces by composers such as Georg Friedrich Händel, Giovanni Gabrieli and Wolfgang Heinzel. Police chaplain Hubertus Kesselheim will enrich the program with inspiring word contributions.

a benefit concert with heart

This benefit concert is not only a musical festival, but also an opportunity for the police to thank the population for the support and trust in the past two years. This year the donations will flow to the Youth-Rock IT association !!! e.V., which is committed to inclusion and promotes the personal development of young people. More information about the club can be found on Youthockit.de.

Police President Anja Rakowski is looking forward to welcoming many citizens to this extraordinary concert experience. An evening full of music, community and a good cause - don't miss this opportunity!
