Mülheim-Kärlich, Deutschland - Mülheim-Kärlich. An unforgettable adventure awaited the preschool children of the KiTa Paukenzwerge, who describe themselves as a "wolf". These little explorers recently plunged into an exciting forest adventure in the autumn forest at the Hümmeroth Grillhütte. With large eyes and limitless curiosity, they set out to ventilate the secrets of the forest. Numbers, animals and hidden treasures were waiting to be discovered!

The daycare center dwarfs invites you to these special forest days several times a year, where all children are welcome - whether in diapers or in a wheelchair. This year the “number of numbers” was moved to the forest, where the cheeky Wichtel Kuddelmuddel caused a lot of excitement. The little Schelm had messed up the number cards, which led the children to an exciting search for his cave. Hidden numbers, covered by leaves and moss, and sticks with two branches that were only recognizable at second glance offered a perfect backdrop for the adventure.

Another highlight was the hike in which the children learned playfully how animals, plants and trees are connected. Together they made a spider web and learned that every living being in the forest is part of a larger network. The respectful handling of nature was very important. At the crowning glory there was a well -deserved refreshment: sausages and stick bread over the fire. Under the guidance of the educators, the children carved their sticks themselves - a special sense of achievement for many.

With shining eyes, the Schuki wolves returned after a day full of adventure and discoveries. The joy of the unforgettable experiences was reflected in their faces, and the anticipation for the next forest days in spring is already great.
