Bernkastel-Wittlich, Deutschland - The district craftsmanship attracted numerous experts! District craftsman Raimund Licht opened the conference full of awe and innovation. The focus was on various successful guild projects, which were presented alive by talented representatives. A creative exchange that catapults the craftsmanship to a new level!

With a bang, the West Eifel electric guild started the program with its impressive initiatives "trainee exchange" and "junior advertising campaign". Obermeister Rainer Schmitz inspired the participants with an exchange program that offers young trainees not only professional but also personal development! These measures strengthen training in the region and aim to inspire fresh talents for the craft! The electrical scene hereby stands out significantly!

Klaus Baubleesch from the carpenter guild West Eifel presented the exciting project "Form 24". The journeyman that the carpenters have worked out are in the spotlight! The creativity of the journeyman is recognized by exhibition and award, and at the same time a strong signal for the services in the carpentry is set. This not only promotes creative exchange, but also creates a network between new and experienced craftsmen!

The new project "Lauter" of the Landesverband Friseure & Kosmetik Rheinland, led by Obermeister Guido Wirtz, was also on the agenda. This is about a louder voice for the industry, which wants to be heard publicly. This call for improvement at the political level is seen as a cornerstone for a strong future in the hairdressing trade. The crowning glory was the "Hair & Style Night" of the Bernkastel-Wittlich hairdresser guild, led by senior master Sabine Schömann-Kuhnen, which puts the local hairdressing scene into the spotlight!

The second part of the conference illuminated public relations and the importance of modern image maintenance. Christian Weich, deputy managing director of the district craftsmanship, showed seamlessly how membership acquisition and strategic communication measures can present craftsmanship on the public stage. An open exchange offered the Obermeister space to share their visions for the future and thus pave the way for new ideas!
