Athletics gala: Ahrweiler honors his best talents!

Kreissparkasse Ahrweiler, 53474 Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, Deutschland - In the district of Ahrweiler, a spectacular event was celebrated! At the annual general meeting in the communication center of the Kreissparkasse, the most outstanding athletes of the 2024 athletes were honored. Under the enthusiastic applause of friends and family, 26 talented LG athletes were honored for their impressive achievements at championships. "The success in the team competitions and seasons proves that the merger of the athletics clubs in the Ahrweiler district is a success story," emphasized board member Jens Fahrenbruch.

A very special highlight of the event was the presence of Olympionic Majie Kolberg, who inspired the young athletes with their presence. It will continue to represent the colors of the LG Kreis Ahrweiler in international competitions and join an international training group. This promises exciting times for athletics in a circle!
