Radel event in Stockstadt: Spectacular with light show and charity!

On March 4, 2023, the first cycling spectacle took place in the Frankenhalle in Stockstadt am Main, which is considered the largest indoor cycling marathon in the Rhine-Main area. According to Team ICG 170 participants from the region as well as from all over Germany and abroad took part. The event took place under the leadership of the personnel and groupfitness coach Clemens Willig and offered fun for participants of all levels of experience.

The cycling spectacle combines cycling with music on special wheels. The event is divided into several 50-minute units, which are guided by three different trainers. Before the main event there was a "Beats & Buddys" lesson, which was particularly aimed at beginners, groups and companies. A fundraising campaign was also launched at this event, in which ten cents are donated to the Aschaffenburg children's home for each kilometer.

expectations for 2024

Für die Nachfolgeveranstaltung im Jahr 2024 werden laut Main-Echo bereits 350 bis 400 participants expected. The individual lesson starts at 12 p.m., followed by a cycling marathon that starts at 3 p.m. and lasts four hours. There is also the possibility for the event for this year, although demand for the marathon is particularly high. Visitors can also hope for free entry to the Frankenhalle.

participants in the marathon receive a t-shirt in size, and the physiotherapy school of the Hans-Weinberger Academy also offers massages. Smoothies, coffee as well as other dishes and drinks that are offered during the event take care of the physical well -being. A drink takes place after the event in the Frankenhalle.
