Serious accident in Kürten: Car driver had to be saved out of car
On the morning of Thursday, October 11th, the police were called in Kürten for a serious traffic accident. The incident occurred on Odenthaler Straße (L296), where a 38-year-old woman lost control of her Peugeot while she was traveling on a rain-wet road.
The Kürtenerer from Bechen drove from Benchen at around 10:00 a.m. towards Odenthal when she slipped into a corner area. The car turned 180 degrees and then rolled backwards into the slope next to the street. The vehicle's inclination prevented the woman from freeing herself on her own, which is why she had to be saved by the fire brigade.
