Wermelskirchen. Preparations for the traditional Martins trains have been in full swing for weeks: the little ones are crafting their lanterns in the kindergartens and primary schools in the city. No matter whether self -made or bought - everything has to be ready to defy the Bergisches rain.

The first Martinszug starts with a bang: On Monday, November 4th , the Evangelische Kindergarten Wielstraße moves through the streets from 6 to 6.30 p.m. This is followed by numerous moves - from the Evangelical Movement Kita Tente to the Catholic elementary school . City spokeswoman Kathrin Kellermann reports that even further moves are planned. Wait off, Wermelskirchen will be a real sea of lights!

on November 7th and 8th are four events!

A true festival of light is on 7. November if there are no fewer than four removals at the same time! The daycare center Wirtsmühle , the forest school and the dhünntalschule Höferhof - they all flow through the streets with lanterns! On 8. November there is even more excitement with moves of the Johanniter Waldkita and the community primary school Hünger - the degree is becoming terrific!

The exciting story of Sankt Martin is told at the campfire for everyone, while the children are surprised with fresh masonry - a heavenly experience!
