Bicycle climate test 2024: Ruppichteroth fights for number of participants!
In the Rhein-Sieg district, the large bicycle climate test of the ADFC and the Federal Ministry of Transport runs, but the number of participants is alarming! Only around 1,500 cyclists took part in the survey in September and October, which means a decline in 450 participants compared to the previous year. ADFC district chairman Annette Quaedvlieg is concerned and hopes for an increase in the number of participants in November. The situation in Ruppichteroth and Much is particularly critical, where the minimum number of participants is far from being reached.
By the end of November, citizens have the opportunity to give their opinion on the cycling conditions in the 19 municipalities of the district.
