The café not only serves a delicious range of dishes for hungry visitors who are looking for a piece of well -being after their museum visit, but also shines in new splendor. Whether occupied land breads with fried mushrooms or juicy schnitzel and burgers - connoisseurs get their money's worth here!
The menu promises rustic, bourgeois cuisine, rounded by a changing range of cakes that spoils the taste buds. "We want to offer the guests what they want after a tour of our beautiful museum," says the new operator full of vigor. The change is not only culinary: the interiors have been completely redesigned, and the outside terrace has also received a fresh makeover. "The redesign is fantastic!", Hans-Bernd Janzen, the deputy district administrator of the Paderborn district.

The new café is led by the GbR C. Rosenthal and partner Burgcafé. These experienced operators have already brought experience from the Fischerhütte in Bad Lippspringe and the forest and meadow café in Paderborn. "I wish the new operators good luck and success," Janzen shows optimistic for the future.The café is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays even until 10 p.m. and on Sundays until 9 p.m. The company rests on Mondays. An important information for all visitors: card payment is not accepted! That means cash is king here!
