On Sunday, December 1, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., the Piccolo Puppentheater from Bergisch Gladbach opens its doors to the whole family with the captivating piece "The Little Bear is looking for the Christmas star". This Christmas adventure heralds the contemplative Advent season and inspires big and small.

The focus of the story is a small pine tree that was left behind by the other trees shortly before the big feast who want to turn into magnificent Christmas trees. A small bear, full of compassion, takes care of helping the tree and starts looking for the "only true Christmas star". But the search is challenging until he meets a friendly old man with a white beard and red coat that gives him a valuable hint.
