Oberberg, Deutschland - In a glamorous celebration, Volksbank Oberberg honored its loyal employees and celebrated a total of 485 years of professional experience! CEO Ingo Stockhausen described the event as the "most beautiful celebration of the year". The jubilees, which were awarded for their many years of service of 10, 25 and even 40 years, are a lively proof of the satisfaction and loyalty of the workforce.

Particularly impressive: Five employees have been part of the Volksbank for an incredible four decades! In times when the world of work is constantly changing, such long belonging is a rarity and invaluable value. Together with his colleagues on the board Andreas Neumann and Jörn Richling, Stockhausen paid tribute to the merits of the jubilees and gave exciting insights into their career paths.
