District youth wind orchestra 2025: Now participate and make music!

In the district of Minden-Lübbecke, the opportunity is again offered to become part of a district youth wind orchestra. The district music association invites musicians from the region, regardless of age or instrument, to share their passion for music. This initiative aims to bring musicians together, feel the joy of making music together and are willing to gain new musical experiences.

The rehearsals start on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the rehearsal room of the Rothenuffeln wind orchestra in Hille-Unterlübbe. There is a sample in which grades are distributed and the first tones are tuned off. The entire project, including a final concert, will also take place from Thursday, January 2nd to Sunday, January 5, 2025. This combination of rehearsals and concert offers the participants the opportunity to further develop their musical skills under the guidance of an experienced team of lecturer, while working with new college: inside and conductor: inside.

The district youth wind orchestra is funded by the district of Minden-Lübbecke as well as regional institutions such as the Sparkasse Minden-Lübbecke and the Minden-Lübbecke folk music association. It was launched as a project orchestra to support the local music ensembles and not to compete with them. This year the project cooperates with the Hüllhorst comprehensive school, another music -loving partner.
