16 new medical technologists celebrate their end in the mill circle!

In a solemn ceremony, 18 graduates of the Academy for Health Professions of the Mühlenkreiskliniken were honored who successfully completed their three -year training. These medical technologists are now ready to work in their respective areas and have laid a solid basis for their future careers in the healthcare system.

Oliver Neuhaus, the director of the academy, expressed his pride in the achievements of the year. He emphasized that through their training in the field of health professions, "laid an important foundation for a successful professional future in a wonderful profession". This reflects the high quality of the training, which includes both theoretical and practical components.

extensive training and practical experiences

The training included a total of 4,400 hours, of which 2,800 for theoretical lessons are eliminated. The students learned in areas such as histology, hematology, clinical chemistry and microbiology for medical technologists for laboratory analysis (MTLA). The medical technologists for radiology (MTRA), on the other hand, received knowledge of radiological diagnostics, nuclear medicine and radiation therapy.

The practical training, which is essential for the development of practical skills, was 1,600 hours. This took place both in the modern training rooms of the academy as well as in the X -ray departments and laboratories of the mill circle clinics. This practical training is crucial to prepare the graduates for the challenges of the profession and to convey the necessary skills.

Andrea Sand, the headmistress of the MTA school, praised the performance of the trainees and mentioned that they faced the challenges of the profession. In addition, many of the graduates have already been addressed by their future employers during their internship. Specific figures show that nine graduates in the laboratory and three have been offered a job in radiology.

The new faces in medical technology

The graduates who are now proud to hold their exams are the following medical technologists for laboratory analysis (MTLA): Rita Bork (Lübbecke), Emily Brixel (Spenge), Antonia Dück (Minden), Nora Grabowski (Bielefeld), Polina Hins (Bückeburg), Endrik Holtmann (Obernkirchen), Larissa) Körtge (Petershagen), Lisa Schmidt (Minden), Tom-Cosmo Sperzel (Bückeburg) and Anne-Kathrin Wiebe (Bad Salzuflen).
