Cultural community Mettmann: Successful balance and new plans!

A festival of culture and community! At the general meeting of the Mettmann Kulturgemeinde, 45 guests gathered in the Johanneshaus to celebrate the success of the past few years. The board proudly found that the course was set for a promising future.

A look back shows that the past three years have been a complete success! Over 100 events were organized that led the members to theater performances, concerts, operas and exhibitions. The cultural community not only offered exciting experiences, but also comprehensive packages that Mettmann led to the best cultural sites in the area. The participants were already attuned to the upcoming highlights during the bus ride.

The impressive balance was rewarded with thunderous applause! The entire board was re -elected unanimously: Chairman Hanna Eisenbart, the deputy Christian Denstorff and Ulrich Vitzthum, cashier Ulla de Gasperin as well as the secretary Monika Denstorff and Monika Bredtmann. The advisory board and the auditors Ingrid Drückes and Edeltraut Diepenbeck also received the trust of the members.

The meeting ended with an atmosphere of anticipation for the coming years. The cultural community is determined to continue to win new members and to expand the cultural offer. A strong team, a committed community - the Mettmann cultural community is ready for the next adventure!
