Leverkusen helps: Donation campaign for children in Ukraine starts!

Manforter Straße 184, 51371 Leverkusen, Deutschland - In Leverkusen, an urgent call to donate is started! The Ukrainian Association Mawka asks for support for needy children in Ukraine, just a few weeks before Christmas. On the next three Sundays - November 10th, 17th and 24th, 2024 - citizens can hand over their donations in kind. The collection point is located at Manforter Straße 184, entrance 3, and is open from 12 noon to 1 p.m. A call that touches the heart!

What is needed? The Mawka association has put together a list that ranges from coloring books and puzzles to backpacks and school matters. Hygiene articles are also urgently required! The little heroes in Ukraine need hygiene sets, personal care products and even feed for their pets. The list is long and every post counts!

Here are the urgently needed articles:

• for children: hygiene sets (soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, towels, wet wipes, shampoos, shower gel, conditioner), personal hygiene items (ladies' bandage, daily binding).
• Education: learning materials (booklets, pens, colors, pencils, drawing blocks, paper), backpacks, game materials (puzzles, lego, educational games, coloring books).
• for animals: food for dogs and cats, medium against parasites, tablets against worms, fleas and ticks as well as accessories such as collars and linen.
