Entrepreneurs flocked to the first information event, which was organized by the Sparkasse Rhein-Maas in cooperation with the Walther Faltbox Group. Around 50 participants were on site to find answers to the pressing questions: What does sustainability mean for my company? Is it really necessary or is it worth the effort?

Andreas Meder, deputy board member of Sparkasse Rhein-Maas, and Martin Peters, head of marketing at the Walther Faltbox Group, opened the event with clear words. "Ecological, social and economic sustainability are the challenges with which companies have to deal with," said Meder. Doreen Fischer, Sustainability Manager of the Walther Faltbox Group, gave those present an exciting insight into the practical steps to implement sustainability requirements.
