drama on Gaterstrasse! On Monday afternoon it crashed between the districts of Birgden and Stahe, when a van came off the street for reasons that have so far been unexplained. The driver who came from Birgden lost control and landed in the green strip. But that was just the beginning! In the desperate attempt to steer the vehicle back onto the street, the van skidned and finally crashed into a tree on the left edge of the road.

The impact was violent! Fortunately, the driver was only slightly injured and had to be taken to a hospital by ambulance. But the van was no longer traveling and was removed by a private company. Gaterstraße was completely closed during the rescue and recovery measures and the police accident recording- a traffic chaos was the result!
