Total saxophone! Heinsberg celebrates with rousing concert evening
A very special day for saxophone lovers! The Heinsberg youth music school turned into a place full of fascinating sounds when over 30 saxophonists from the region in the third edition of "Saxophone Total!" collapsed. Headmaster Theo Krings had managed to win top -class lecturers and saxophone professionals who gave the participants valuable insights into the art of playing saxophone. From individual lessons to ensemble workshops-the saxophonists were able to refine their skills and learn new modern techniques.
The crowning end of the day was a spectacular concert that captivated the listeners. Internationally celebrated artists such as the soloist Xavier Larsson Paez from the University of Music and Dance Hanns Eisler Berlin and Professor Oskar Laznik from the Conservatory for Music and Ballet Ljubljana delighted the audience. Lukas Stappenbeck and Anže Rupnik, both with impressive musical backgrounds, also contributed to the variety of the program. The performances ranged from classic processing to modern compositions that impressively brought into its own the versatility of the saxophone.
