Under the direction of the passionate restaurateur Daniel Windelen, this family -run restaurant combines the tradition of German cuisine with fresh, modern accents. "We actually want to offer our guests a second home here, also culinary," says Windelen, who wants to create inviting atmosphere with his team, in which everyone feels comfortable - whether young or old.
