Creepy anticipation: The Horror House in Übach-Palenberg opens its doors!

A scary spectacle inspires the horror fans! The Horror House opened in the rock factory in Übach-Palenberg-and it is not for the faint of heart! League parts, skeletons, spiders and screeching noises move into a world of horror that is particularly atmospheric shortly before Halloween. Here the guests can look forward to more than 90 costumed frightening, which roam through the dark backdrops and provide scary surprises.

The Horror House is divided into three terribly exciting rooms: the first room is devoted to the various phobias, the second takes visitors into the mysterious depths of the ocean, and the third room - a horror circus - promises a scary show. Visitors need about 30 to 45 minutes to cross the frightening attractions. Last year the event attracted around 11,000 brave ones.

The organization of this shock house is like a large work of art: Holger Mühl and his team worked for the creepy house for a week, but planning has been running for months. In order to be perfectly matched to the surroundings, the soundtrack was specially created and props from the USA were ordered. Mühl, who heads the project next to his full -time job, even had to get celebrities from horror series and obtain the necessary permits to put this spectacular event on its feet.

Initially, Mühl fluctuated between the idea of decorating his own house for a small children's Halloween party, and the enormous rush that rolled over his plans-came over 1000 visitors. After several years at the Energeticon in Alsdorf, the eerie attractions start this year in the rock factory, which has now become a scene for creepy fans.
