A dramatic traffic accident in the Schalke region of Gelsenkirchen caused excitement and chaos on Saturday evening, November 16, 2024! Around 10:10 p.m. it crashed on Schalker Straße when a 44-year-old driver initiated a turning process and collided with the car of a 24-year-old who was on the business road. Both drivers and two young passengers aged 16 and 17 were slightly injured and immediately needed medical help.

A passerby ensures excitement

But that wasn't the end of the story! While the rescue workers ran to help the injured, an uninvolved 46-year-old passer-by interfered and disrupted the treatment of the injured. The situation escalated when the man did not react to a dismissal and insulted the police. Finally, he was custody by the officials when his aggressiveness increased. Criminal proceedings against him were subsequently initiated.

Meanwhile, the paramedics fought to advance the injured. After first medical care, the three injured women were brought to surrounding hospitals for outpatient treatment. The two collided vehicles had to be towed. In order to ensure the security of the accident, the scene of the accident was blocked at short notice.
