A spectacular police operation caused excitement in East Westphalia-Lippe! A 27-year-old man from Gelsenkirchen was arrested after having committed a theft series together with two accomplices. The men were targeting copper and were observed on a scrap place when loading their prey. An attentive witness immediately alerted the police, who came with a helicopter and several patrol cars.
