Brutal assault in Gelsenkirchen: Bus driver and passengers attacked!

in Gelsenkirchen-Hassel there was a shocking incident: two unknowns attacked a bus driver and several passengers brutally on Friday evening (November 15th). The perpetrators got into the bus on the SB28 line at the Freiheit stop and immediately began to insult other passengers. At the Eppmannsweg stop, they then pressed the mark of the rear bust door and jumped out. The bus driver, who followed them, was then beaten, spat on and insulted by one of the attackers. Two brave passengers who wanted to help the driver were also attacked. The attackers fled towards Polsumer Straße, while the driver and the two helpers remained with minor injuries.

The perpetrators in focus

The police have published a description of the suspects. The first man is between 18 and 20 years old, about 1.80 meters tall, has dark, curly hair and wore a black down jacket. His accomplice is also 18 to 20 years old, around 1.70 meters tall, has dark, backwards and a slim stature. The Gelsenkirchen police ask for information about the perpetrators or the incident.
