Christmas tree collection: So simply dispose of Dortmund's citizens of their trees!
Dortmund, Deutschland - In January 2025, Disposal Dortmund GmbH (EDG) organized the collection of Christmas trees. This collection will be carried out on January 11, 2025, the first Saturday after the holiday "Heimt three kings". The collection is free of charge.
Christmas trees should be placed on the roadside on the eve of the collection, i.e. on January 10th. The trees must be ready by 7.30 a.m. on the day of the collective day at the latest, since trees provided afterwards are not picked up. In addition, the trees must be completely decorated, which means that no decorations, lametta, artificial snow or packaging must be liable. It is recommended to put several trees together in a clearly visible area and not to park the collection points.
