A mysterious incident shakes the quiet streets of Maria Veen! An unknown man, about 40 years old, slim and with dark, curly hair, excavated her feasible lid on Sunday and thus caused potential dangers. The police report that the suspect was traveling in a dark blue jacket and held two beer bottles in his hand. Fortunately, there was no damage because the police reacted quickly and the gully's lid was safely used again.

But that's not all! A similar incident occurred in Gemen just a few hours earlier. An attentive woman stumbled across a gully cover on Wittekindstraße and discovered another excavated sewer lid.
