Wesermarsch celebrates hydrogen kernel network: a leap into the future!

Wesermarsch, Deutschland - A monumental big step for the future of hydrogen! The Federal Network Agency has given the green light for the hydrogen kernel network-a jubilee triumph for the Wesermarsch! Tim Eshold, the spokesman for the H2 march alliance and head of energy policy at Glencore Nordenham, explains: "With the new pipeline construction, we are investing around 100 million euros into the future!" This decision paves the way to transform the industry in the Wesermarsch.

In an euphoric mood, District Administrator Stephan Siefken also comments: "We now have planning security, and the implementation of our transformation projects can really take up speed!" Approval is considered a signal - a signal that also opens doors of small and medium -sized companies! Lutz Stührenberg, Managing Director of the Wesermarsch Economic Development Development, emphasizes the future opportunities for these companies: "You have to adapt because new tasks and future -proof jobs will be created." The Wesermarsch is provided with two hydrogen lines, including the newly planned line between Elsfleth and Bremerhaven, which aims to supply large consumers.

quick implementation required

The clock ticks! To put part of the network into operation in 2025, six management projects and several infrastructure projects must be implemented in no time. The countdown is running: First construction work starts in autumn 2024! But the hydrogen requirement is crucial - the necessary hydrogen must also come from its own production. While Norway shows problems in import, industry remains optimistic. Production capacities for at least two gigawatts of hydrogen electrolysis in the Wesermarsch area are planned to secure sufficient resources for industry. The need for your own production facilities is clearer than ever!

The pressure is noticeable. The next steps are pending - permits for management construction and necessary changes in land use planning must now take place as soon as possible. The energy transition takes shape and the Wesermarsch positions itself as a hotspot for clean energy!
