Dörverden, Deutschland - The students of the Dörverden Weser secondary school experienced an exciting adventure in the world of work! The youngsters had the opportunity to get in touch with almost 40 companies during the professional conflict that take place every two years. Not only was informed here, but also actively participated! The stands of the exhibitors were creatively designed and invited the students to get involved directly into the work processes.

From the age groups 8 to 10, the students plunged into the action with great enthusiasm. During the school breaks, they worked on exciting tasks brought by the companies. These activities enabled young people to discover hidden talents and interests. Teacher Matthias Müller, who organized the event, emphasized the importance of direct exchange between students and companies. "It is important to accompany the students in the transition to the right training for them," he said.

Müller emphasized that such events in the familiar school environment help the students to recognize the large number of professions in their surroundings. "Many young people don't know what opportunities there are," says Müller. The companies that took part in the event are all located regionally and have made a lot of effort to draw attention to themselves.
