The "Legends next door" campaign of the NDR culture has already received an impressive number of submissions! You can still submit your suggestions by November 18 and thus honor the stories of people who have left unforgettable traces in their region. These people have been involved in a wide variety of areas such as art, care and administration and earn a virtual monument to their important contributions.

In the coming weeks, the NDR team will search the proposals received and get in touch with the submissions. Some stories are researched on site to bring the legends to life.
