Rodenberg plans 25,000 euros for a new entrance area!

Rodenberg. An exciting project is imminent! The triangular green area at the entrance to Grover Straße is redesigned for a whopping 25,000 euros! The construction committee of the city of Rodenberg has recommended the approval, and treasurer Martin Schellhaus promises a park-like area with an inviting entrance character. But the detailed planning is still in the MACH!

But that's not all! SPD councilor Roland Kramer pointed out the dilapidated welcome sign. "The appearance leaves a lot to be desired!" Said Kramer. The entrance area of a city must have a decent and inviting effect! At the moment, the area is often defaced by posters for events - and that ensures a chaotic picture. Especially at birthday parties, when friends invite friends with colorful sheets, it often looks like a storm!

Current work and future plans

Incidentally, the current work on the green area has nothing to do with the planned beautification. The velvet community is optimizing the neighboring pumping station of the wastewater operation. But the anticipation for the redesign of the green area is growing, and citizens can be excited to see how the entrance area will soon shine!
