The Leb will have to break new ground from 2025, since the clients are no longer conveyed through an authority, but will be voluntarily coming. This could make the acquisition of new participants more difficult.

The Maltese who previously rely on the support of the Leb also faces challenges. The Belarus aid, which had clothes donations sorted in the Leb-Textil workshop, must now look for new storage options and volunteers. "At the moment we don't know how to proceed," says Jürgen Lueken of the Maltese. The political situation in Belarus also makes the auxiliary transports considerably more difficult.
