B 3 between Edesheim and Northeim: traffic jam horror continues!

Northeim, Deutschland - Northeim is freed! From Wednesday, October 23, the traffic can flow again on the B3 between Edesheim and the junction to Autobahn 7, Northeim-Nord. After extensive construction work, the state authority for road construction and traffic is pleased to lift the full closure - a ray of hope for all drivers who suffered from the construction work. But the joy only lasts!

New construction phase brings further restrictions

Already on Tuesday, November 5th, the construction madness will go into the next round! Then the route between the A7 connection and the Albert Schweitzer-Weg is closed again. An additional damper for all commuters: the driveway to the A7 towards Hanover and the departure from the highway to the B3 are also blocked. Only the direction of travel Kassel remains accessible to access and departure, but even here drivers can only turn to Einbeck- a nuisance for many!

The traffic is regulated on half -sided between the access to the carof and the hospital, equipped with a light signal system. However, Henrik Hoppmann assures that the hospital can be reached by the responsible authority. For drivers who want to go to the Autohof from Northeim: No problem! But be careful - the way there remains open to the usual route from Northeim, and the north junction is still accessible from October 23 to November 5th.

diversion causes confusion

For those who want to take the way via Northeim, the detour via Landesstraße 572 (Hollenstedt, Stöckheim and Immensen) to Alfeld and Einbeck remains the only alternative. So the situation remains tense while the construction site continues - a real needle to all road users!
