Telekom is expanding mobile communications in teaching: better reception for everyone!
Deutsche Telekom has recently taken an important step to improve mobile phone supply in the municipality of teaching. A new location was built and existing structures with the powerful LTE technology was expanded. This not only means an extended coverage in teaching, but also an increased range. The improved reception quality in buildings is particularly crucial, which should now also cause fewer problems among residents.
The location is strategically placed because it ensures a reliable mobile phone connection along the A2 motorway and the railway line from Hildesheim to Wolfsburg. "The need for bandwidth is constantly increasing - around 30 percent a year. That is why we continue to pace in mobile phone expansion," said Stefanie Halle, the company spokeswoman for Telekom.

For the implementation of further locations, Telekom is dependent on cooperation with municipalities and private owners. Interested parties who want to provide space for new mobile phone locations can contact the German radio tower directly with the construction of the Telekom mobile phone locations. The need for new locations is enormous in view of over 36,000 actively operated mobile phone stations and the annual construction of around 1,500 new locations.
Additional information about the availability of LTE and 5G in the region can be obtained on the Telekom website. The company is doing everything they can to meet the growing requirements in the future and to continuously expand the mobile phone infrastructure.
