Rotary Club Gifhorn-Wolfsburg: 1,000 euros for the Child Protection Association!
Gifhorn. In an impressive gesture of solidarity, the Rotarians of the Rotary Club Gifhorn-Wolfsburg have their support for the Kinderschutzbund Gifhorn demonstrated. For over 25 years, the two organizations have been connected to a close partnership that is strengthened by the commitment of Peter Göhler, an honorary member of the Child Protection Association. During a visit to 30 Rotarians, Claudia Klement and Heidi Dudel from the Child Protection Association thanked for the long -term cooperation, especially for help with the bicycle workshop and the language courses for refugees.
The President of the Rotary Club, Ingo Krüger, was particularly impressed by a current garden project that plays children in a playful way to nature and sustainable life. "This is simply exemplary," he praised the initiative. The visit was musically accompanied by the duo Saitensprung, which ensured a festive atmosphere with soulful songs like "are so small hands" by Bettina Wegner and an own composition called "Pack with".
Financial support for the Child Protection Association
The crowning glory of the visit formed the handover of a check for over 1,000 euros by President Krüger on behalf of all Rotarians. In addition, there were small thank-you gifts for the committed team of the Child Protection Association. This support will undoubtedly help to continue the valuable work of the Child Protection Association and to implement new projects.
