Janne's urge master: From the bad luck of injury to the goal machine in Wolfsburg!

In the sports landscape of Wolfsburg, a remarkable turn has been made in recent weeks. Janne's urge, put out of action for six weeks after a head injury, celebrated his comeback at the football league team Lupo/Martini Wolfsburg. This 26-year-old striker, who has recovered his regular place through hard work and determination, can now be found in the role that is best for him: the scorer. Originally, however, Drangmeister was active in various positions before coach Dirk Pot gave him responsibility as an attacker.

urge can look back on a multifaceted career that started in the A-youth of MTV Gifhorn. There, pot recognized that the player has enormous potential as a striker. "He called me and said I had to be a striker," recalls urge master with a smile. Despite the initial challenges in the new position, he has now settled in excellently and has caught well with the tactical requirements.

Career and challenges

The talent of urge master was recognized early when he played in the U19 of the regional league for Gifhorn. He was known for his creative moves, which finally also made it possible for him to jump to VfL Wolfsburg. During his time there he completed numerous trips to training, which underlines his dedication to football. "The effort was brutal, but it was always worth it," he says. Even when his season decreased in the second year, he took the opportunity to learn a lot about technology and tactical behavior.

After two years at VfL Germania Ummern, where he successfully completed his training, Drangmeister joined the SSV Kästorf and finally found his way to Lupo/Martini Wolfsburg. For him, this relocation was also a return to his football roots, which he is now pursuing with a new perspective and a clear goal. "I am constantly working on myself, be it through fitness or special training sessions," says Drangmeister.

Current challenges and goals

This season, the Italians not only fight for victories, but also against a series of injuries that have shrunk considerably. Drangmeister speaks openly about the difficulties and mentions the importance of a strong team spirit: "We have to make high efforts away to create opportunities." His words indicate that the team remains optimistic despite the challenges and relies on the potential of hard -developed points.

his goal is clear: to leave the relegation zone and cut off much better in the coming games. On Saturday, the U23 from Eintracht Braunschweig comes to the Lupo-Arena. Drangmeister describes the upcoming challenge as a "young and talented group" that must be played carefully. "We have to stay hard and concentrated in the duels in order not to take a stupid goals again," he explains. The player has a look back at the player: "The last games were strong and we have to build on it."

The statement that all players will be available again at the end of October gives Drangmeister also hope. "A lot is rolling against us at the moment, but that can change quickly," says the striker, whose commitment and passion for football are noticeable. With enthusiasm he looks into the future, determined to make the best of the remaining games and to lead his team to success. For more information, See the current reporting on www.waz-online.de .
