Managing Director Jasmin Royer leads the company with fresh vigor and has adapted to the current customer requirements. "We actively face change," she explains, while the team works hard behind the scenes to redesign the business.

The redesign is in full swing, and although there are still a few boxes around, everything is done that customers notice the work as little as possible. Bright LED lights and clear signs help visitors to find their way around the new arrangement of the products. The last major renovation took place a good ten years ago, and since then the range has changed considerably. CDs and DVDs are passé, while the gaming area and the demand for large televisions have grown. "We want to meet the trend towards larger screens," continued Royer.

New products and partnerships

The product range also expanded to expand e-scooters, a trend that was still unimaginable a few years ago. In addition, the range of battery vacuum cleaners was increased and the presentation of the household appliances was modernized. "The topic of service is very, very important to us," emphasizes Jasmin Royer, who also takes over the connection of devices for customers. The partnership with the expert locations in Salzgitter and Wolfenbüttel brings a breath of fresh air to the company, and Marcel Ellscheid, who supports the management, is convinced that family businesses can also be made future-proof. The official reopening after the renovation is planned for November 8th - a date for which customers in Gifhorn are eagerly awaiting!
