The spectacle begins on Saturday with the official opening by the mayor at 3 p.m., followed by a beer barrel tapping, which includes free beer for the first visitors to celebrate the day. The musical entertainment is ensured by the music and show band Grabstede as well as the fire engine Zetel/Neuenburg and the Dutch millrosis jazz band. Sunday is all about the show evening "With timpani and trumpets", in which the brass band Black Diamond's Soltau occurs.

This idea comes from a shooting festival in Hanover and is intended to increase the service on the Zeteler Markt.

Monday is celebrated as a family day, with activities that are interesting for both children and seniors. The final is rounded off by an impressive brilliant fireworks. After a short break on Tuesday, where some stalls remain open, the traditional cattle and horse market follows on the market Wednesday, which should also be a highlight for many visitors.
