Advent sounds: Marinemeusikkorps inspires 500 Jeverans in church

An unforgettable evening in the city church of Jever! Over 500 enthusiastic listeners experienced an Advent benefit concert, which was designed by the renowned marine music corps Wilhelmshaven under the direction of frigate captain Matthias Prock. The sounds of the festive songs, including the popular "make the door high, the gate is making a long way", filled the room and ensured an atmosphere full of joy and contemplation.

The concert was not only a musical highlight, but also served a good cause. The revenue benefits several organizations: the "Bread for the World" campaign, the soldier's aid work and the children's and youth hospice "Joshuas Engelreich". Uwe Knigge, President of the Lions Clubs-Jever, who organized the event, emphasized: "We want to pamper ourselves tonight and let them distract from everyday life, and the music may enrich and collect us."
