In Wagenfeld, the anticipation is boiling: The Landfuxx market is about to open on December 6th! Despite the initial delays at the start of construction, preparations are in full swing. Market manager Tanja Köster and her committed team are already busy filling the shelves and mastering technical hurdles while the craftsmen are still working in the background. "It is a very exciting time," enthuses Köster and emphasizes the team spirit that mastered all the challenges.
The new market will offer everything that makes the heart of builders beat faster on impressive 1,000 square meters. From animal supplies to do -it -yourself articles to regional foods - no wish will remain open here. The team is particularly proud of the "regional corner", where products are offered by local producers. "This is particularly important to us," explains Torsten Paulussen, who builds the market with his company. The preparations are in full swing, and the shelves are only waiting to be filled with goods.
opening after delays
The market was originally supposed to open in September, but delays in building permit and unfavorable weather conditions caused a shift. "We had to wait three months longer for permission, and the moist spring turned the construction site into a small lake," reports Paulussen. But now everything is going according to plan and the paving work should soon be completed. On December 5, everyone involved will be invited to an internal celebration before the doors are opened to the public on December 6th.
