Women's breakfast in Diepholz: AI and Ethics in the focus of the meeting

Diepholz, Deutschland - The women's world of Diepholz was excited! The 35th breakfast meeting for women attracted around 150 participants on the topic "Ki, what does that have to do with me?". Organized by the coordinator Anne-Christine Gaehler, the event was all about artificial intelligence. During the solemn round, Gaehler triumphed with critical insights into ethics in dealing with AI and clarified that the world is changing.

In the heart of Diepholz, not only the 35th anniversary of the women's breakfast was celebrated, but also the committed coordinator Anne-Christine Gaehler, who has held the scepter in his hand since 2008. Instead of the originally announced speaker Sabine Krosigk, who unfortunately had to cancel due to an accident, Gaehler himself presented her prepared presentation. With the question "Did you know that the generation knows only one world with AI after 2010?" she managed to introduce the listeners to the topic immediately.

a critical look at Ki

gaehler clearly expressed that artificial intelligence can bring both positive and negative effects, but does not develop its own awareness. "Algorithms do not know any mercy," she warned the people present and emphasized the responsibility behind the possible uses of the AI. "Man has the opportunity to say 'yes' or 'no' - and that is exactly what we should seriously consider!"

With descriptive examples, she led through the history of technology, starting with ancient abacus to modern tools such as chatt. An urgent appeal to women to actively reflect on what AI means in their life and how they can remain true to moral principles. Gesa Wiechering on the piano and Sophie Becker provided the musical framework with the guitar that gave the event a special flair.
