The city of Diepholz recently introduced an extremely gratifying addition to the popular bog experience path: two new tree benches were set up, which invite you to relax and linger. This decision is based on a council decision from 2023 and is intended to offer additional opportunities for relaxation in this picturesque natural landscape.

Diepholz, known for its idyllic moor landscapes, attracts numerous visitors every year who want to enjoy the calm and beauty of nature. Now it is advertised that the tree benches represent a "real highlight for our guests", as Mayor Florian Marré states. In a press release, tourism manager Christina Bünnemeyer emphasizes the importance of this new attraction: "The paving benches offer the perfect way to enjoy the calm and beauty of the moor to the fullest."

In addition to functional use as resorts, the tree benches are also an example of how local companies can work together. The woodwork was carried out by the German employees (DAA) under the direction of Eddy Helmvoigt, while the metallic substructures were manufactured by the Harstrick company from Diepholz. This shows how regional partners can make a valuable contribution to the creation of leisure opportunities.
