Heidmühler FC shines at cross run: two gold medals for talents!
Delmenhorst, Deutschland - Heidmühle/Delmenhorst -A spectacular triumph for the talents of Heidmühler FC! The young athletes demonstrated their incredible skills in the former Delmenhorster zoo at the regional championship in the cross-country run last Sunday, which was finally able to take place after a flood break. In bright weather, they ran for fame and honor - and the results are simply impressive!
The little Pauline Geißler, just in the U10, left everyone behind and sprinted over the 750 meters with a remarkable lightness. Even the male starters had no chance against their overwhelming will! Her first victory in a big championship was an emotional moment that fulfilled her with joy. Eike Hudaff, another star in the Heidmühler Heaven, followed her example in the U12 and also secured gold over 1300 meters. He chose his line cleverly and used the leaf -covered paths to his advantage - a real champion in the DOM!
strong competition and other talents
Not only the two beamed with success! Jana Begenat, who has only been training for three months, showed an impressive performance and ended up in fourth place - a strong result against the hard competition from Mollbergen and Ganderkesee. Nils Hudaff also set an exclamation mark in the U18 when he celebrated his first victory over 3750 meters. Coach Kay Beneke was enthusiastic about the performance of his protégés and predicted a brilliant future, especially for the Talent Geißler: "We will still have a lot of fun with her!"
But the sport year is far from over for the Heidmühler! On December 15, the next challenges will be given: an indoor competition in Dortmund, in which Ronja Harms, Lilli Boldt, Hannah Weigert, Rieke Hudaff and Lea Beneke will compete with other athletes. The tension increases - the Heidmühler talents are ready to shine again!
