The focus is on the AfD state chief and member of the state parliament Ansgar Schledde (47), who vehemently rejects the allegations. Schledde commented on the allegations on Monday and described it as "malignant false statements", which should only serve to harm the AfD Lower Saxony.
The Hanover public prosecutor remains on the ball and continues to investigate a violation of the party law. In April she searched the AfD state office in Hanover, and in December the State Court in Bückeburg will decide whether the state election 2022 was lawful. The election examination board had already rejected new elections last year. The Situation remains tense and the questions about the integrity of the AfD Lower Saxony are far from clarified!
