Politicians' tour: Bad Zwischenahn invests in streets and playgrounds

The political heads of Bad Zwischenahn have undertaken an informative tour of the community - with a clear goal in mind: to take a close look at the construction work of the community! On this spectacular tour, important street inspections were carried out and progress in several construction projects was assessed. Where is it still being renovated and which streets are soon on? The answers are of crucial importance for traffic planning!

With a full bus, it went to important places such as Rostrup, stove and Petersfehn, where the committee members of the street and traffic committee (Struva) examined the latest developments in the municipal road renovation program. It was not only looked at the projects from 2023 and 2024, but also on planned measures for 2025 that depend on the upcoming budget advice.

But the trip was not limited to streets! The members also inspected the newly established car sharing locations in stove and Petersfehn as well as the newly renovated investor in Rostrup. The "wedding bridge" at the old Kurhaus fell in particular, which will soon also be refreshed. Another highlight was the newly designed playground "Am Schilfufer" in Bloh, which was made particularly accessible to children with restrictions. This playground contributes to inclusion with a bird's test swing and an undermining sand table. Also the latest addition in oven, a ring swing, ensures joy and new play opportunities for everyone!

Overall, the committee members were enthusiastic about the many already realized measures that the municipality further advance on the way of modernization and security. The time of dust and construction sites has long -term advantages for the community. And that's the beginning!
