Munich celebrates: The first fathers' consulting center opened!

A historical moment for fathers in Munich! On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 4 p.m., the first fathers' consulting center on Nymphenburger Straße 120 will open. Mayor Verena Dietl and social officer Dorothee Schiwy are ready to launch this groundbreaking project, which was specially designed for fathers.

The consulting center, which is under the sponsorship of the Diakonie Hasenbergl e.V., offers an open and low -threshold contact point for fathers*, which are often not achieved by conventional advisory services. Here a room is created in which fathers can exchange and network, which promotes not only their own well -being, but also that of their children. This innovative concept as a meeting point and communication location should strengthen the social interactions between fathers* and their children and thus have a positive impact on family life.
